What is the Rewilding our Floodplains (RoF) Program?

The RoF program aims to connect protected areas, establish wildlife corridors, and enhance community resilience through ecological restoration.

The Conondale sites strategically link the Australian Wildlife Conservation Curramore Sanctuary, Maleny National Park, and the Mary River via Little Cedar Creek, contributing to biodiversity restoration and improving river flow, water quality, and enhancing the Great Barrier Reef (GBR) catchment.

Why You Should Join Us:

1. Help us to plant 1,000 native trees and 1,000 shrubs!
2. Learn about ‘Rewilding’ and landscape restoration.
3. Witness the beginning of a rewilding program designed to enhance biodiversity and benefit private land income.
4. Connect with a range of local community members and conservation organisations.
