Lekshmi is the backbone of the administrative operations at PCFML, India office. She ensures the smooth functioning of the daily tasks, handling diverse responsibilities. These include managing bills, maintaining petty cash records, and handling essential bank transactions. In addition, she takes care of the “Leave No Trace” stock, which is a crucial part of PCFML’s environmental initiatives.

Lekshmi started as a volunteer at PCFML but soon became an indispensable part of the team. Working with PCFML has been a transformative experience for Lekshmi as she has dived into plastic waste management, expanded her knowledge, and honed her skills. Despite minimal initial experiences in accounting and bookkeeping, she diligently learned on the job, conquering technology alongside her administrative tasks to become a confident computer user and internet navigator. More than just office skills, she has been exposed to high-level events and platforms that broaden her horizon and let her meet a mix of people, especially from around the world.

Besides her administrative skills, Lekshmi is a professional dancer and a trained beautician.
