For over 15 years, I’ve dedicated myself to creating a positive impact for marine life and coastal communities around the world. As the CEO and Founder of Positive Change for Marine Life (PCFML), I lead a team of passionate professionals who work with local partners to develop circular projects that address health, and economic challenges through a conservation-focused lens.

With a background in marine science and management, I have expertise in designing and implementing viable solutions to marine conservation issues, such as decentralised waste management and food production systems, co-designed fisheries management approaches, carbon and biodiversity offsets, as well as rewilding projects. I’m also a Kinship Conservation Fellow, a prestigious program that trains and supports conservationists to apply market-based principles to their work.

I’m proud of the achievements and impact that PCFML has made across seven countries so far, and am motivated by a triple bottom line approach. One where thriving ecological systems and equitable communities are the primary drivers of a new economy.
