Byron bay coordinator
Growing up on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Elyse has always felt a connection with the ocean and has been passionate about environmental conservation from a young age. She has recently moved to Byron Bay to pursue a career and study directed towards coastal conservation and marine protection. Her initial undergraduate studies was an Accounting/Finance degree followed by a Masters of International Public Health; with interests on the side including participation in the launch of Boomerang bags in Manly, Sydney as well as a role as the treasurer of a small charity working across Cambodia, Nepal and Tanzania.
She believes positive change begins at the community level through action, education and awareness, and hopes to create long term and sustainable change across the Byron region as part of her work with PCFML.
